THE STORY – RITVA FRAGRANCES  
  
In the heart of India, where time still leaves its fragrance behind, lies Kannauj — the sacred land of perfumery.  
Its air carries the whispers of flowers, the warmth of ancient woods, and the breath of traditions shaped over centuries.  
  
From this hallowed soil, in the year 1914, Ritva Fragrances was born — a journey that has flowed uninterrupted for 111 years, crafted drop by drop with patience, devotion, and reverence.  
  
Ritva was founded on a simple yet profound belief:  Attar is not made — it is born.  
Flowers, woods, herbs, and spices are placed in the embrace of time, allowing their souls to slowly infuse into pure oils.  
  
This process is not blending; it is ritual.  
It is not chemistry; it is heritage.  
It is not commerce; it is devotion.  
  
Even today, we craft our natural attars using the traditional deg– bhapka distillation method —  
over a slow flame, beneath open skies, just as our ancestors once did.
