Delivery Terms – Ritva Fragrances
The following delivery terms apply to all orders placed with Ritva Fragrances.

1. Domestic Transit Time (India)
Orders shipped within India generally take 3–6 business days to reach their destination after dispatch. Delivery time may vary based on the location and courier partner.

2. International Transit Time
International shipments usually take 6–10 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service selected at checkout. A more accurate estimate will be available during order placement.

3. Order Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to saturday, excluding national holidays. In case of holidays or unforeseen situations, we make every effort to minimize shipping delays.

4. Change of Delivery Address
Requests to update or change the delivery address can be accommodated only before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.

5. P.O. Box Deliveries
Ritva Fragrances can ship to P.O. Box addresses only via postal services. Courier delivery is not available for these locations.
⸻6. Deliveries to Military Locations 
Orders to military addresses are shipped through postal services where applicable. Courier services are not supported for military locations.

7. Out of Stock Items
If any item in your order becomes unavailable, our support team will contact you promptly and initiate a full refund for the affected product.
