At Ritva Fragrances, each product is crafted and packed with utmost care. Please review our Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
• We currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders.
• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable on customized or made-to-order products.
• All applicable customs duties, taxes, or charges (if any) shall be borne by the customer.
Ritva Fragrances reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order and notify us within 36 hours of delivery.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To be eligible:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Packaging must be intact
• Return shipping costs may apply, unless otherwise stated
Order Cancellation
• Standard Orders:
Can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Domestic orders are dispatched within 2–3business days
• International orders are dispatched within 3–5business days
• Express Orders:
Dispatched within 1–2 business days and cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
• Customized Orders:
Cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
